Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a friendly and personable front desk receptionist.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome clients: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. 

  •  Appointment scheduling: Book, confirm, and manage client appointments through phone calls, online booking systems, and in person

  • Client information management: Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, service history, and preferences. 

  • Payment processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and receipt generation. 

  • Answer phone calls: Professionally answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments. 

  • Maintain a clean environment: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Laundry upkeep throughout the day.

  • Address client concerns: Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary. 

Required skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills: Ability to provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience to clients. 

  • Strong communication skills: Clear and articulate verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. 

  • Organizational skills: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, client information, and administrative tasks. 

  • Computer proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems. 

Previous work experience in a spa preferred, but not required.
